Lawrence J. Lynch, CAE President and CEOLarry is a 30+ year veteran of association and business management. He has served as Managing Director of the National Paperbox & Packaging Association, Manager of the PICPA Foundation for Education & Research and Executive Director of the Florida Veterinary Medical Association. He left association management for 10 years in corporate America where he served as Director of Disney Institute before founding EAMP. Larry was selected as a Fellow by the American Society of Association Executives in 2002 and has retained his Certified Association Executive credentials since 1988.

Dan Borschke, CAE EAMP Board Member and Consultant
With over 32 years of association management experience as President/CEO of Dairy Council of Wisconsin, Executive Director of the American Lamb Board and National Association for Retail Marketing Services (NARMS International) with professional expertise in strategic planning, governance and crisis management.
He served on the Board of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and recently completed tenure as President of Wisconsin Society of Association Executives (WSAE).
Dan has an MA in Communications, received CAE designation from ASAE in 1990 and Fellows designation from ASAE in 1997.

Scott Michael, CPA Chief Financial OfficerScott Michael brings 21 years of combined experience in the accounting field. Scott has provided consulting services to thriving businesses and associations ranging from start-ups to multi-billion dollar international organizations. Scott’s career has been driven by a passion to improve the recognized value of the back office accounting function to the entire organization. He has tremendous technical “savvy” having developed point of sale and business management software applications.
Scott brings 13 years of controller experience to the job and is a graduate of Cedarville University holding degrees in finance and accounting.

Vince Likar, CPC Account Manager and Executive DirectorVince worked in the food service industry for 33 years before serving as executive director of United States Personal Chefs Association. He received his first formal culinary training at the Albuquerque Technical Vocational Institute.
He worked for Doubletree Hotel before moving to Café Oceana as Executive Chef. During his service there the restaurant was voted “Best Seafood in Albuquerque for 3 successive years.
Vince joined USPCA in 1998 as Director of Training. In 1999 the U.S. Air Force contracted Vince to serve as an instructor for the Air Force Diplomatic Fleet Flight Attendants at Andrews AFB. After completion of that project, Vince was named Executive Director of USPCA in 2005 and is now serving in that role as part of the EAMP team. |
