Lawrence J. Lynch, CAE CEO
Larry Lynch offers more than 28 years of combined business and organization management experience. Prior to starting his own association management company in 2003, Larry served as Director of the renown Disney Institute, which provided professional development programs at Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and Disneyland Paris. Larry’s strong association management background prior to joining Disney contributed to the successful development of a series of new conferences and alliances with the American Society of Association Executives and Meeting Professionals International.
Over the years Larry has helped a wide variety of associations and Fortune 1000 companies in the development of strategic plans, leadership initiatives, customer service processes, marketing and brand tactics, and human resource development. Larry has also published numerous articles on leadership, management, and customer service and, in 2002, was awarded the American Society of Business Publications Editors’ Award for Editorial Excellence for a series of “Coaches” columns in the publication MRO Today. He has also appeared on national radio programs including NPR and Steve Crowley’s American Scene.
As an association executive, Larry spent nearly 13 years leading a variety of associations including the Florida Veterinary Medical Association, where he served as executive director and led the Florida Veterinary Medical Association as they won an “Associations Advance America” recognition for their animal relief program following Hurricane Andrew; The Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs, where he led their Foundation for Research and Education; and the North American Packaging Association, where he served as managing director. In 2002, Larry was named a Fellow by the American Society of Association Executives.
Larry continues to maintain his certification as an association executive, which he earned in 1988. His recognition for service has included terms as Part President of the Delaware Valley Society of Association Executives, Past board member of the Central Florida Society of Association Executives, and the Association of Veterinary Medical Association Executives. He is a Past Member of the Education Section Council, ASAE; Past Foundation Trustee, Meeting Professionals International; and Past Chairman of the Education Committee, Meeting Professionals International.
In additional to serving as CEO of EAMP, Larry is president of clients National Registry of Food Safety Professionals and the United States subsidiary of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health
